Ava 10 months

9-10 months (December 26-January 26)

-Pulled to her knees and to a stand in her crib

-Another cold started on Christmas

-17 lbs 2 oz at her 9 month appt. 

-Started giving mmwah kisses unprompted

-Pulls up on pack and play, crib, us, exersaucer, couch, gate, rocking chair, dryer...anywhere and everywhere nonstop

-Started night weaning January 10. Slept 5 hours then awake and Dan stayed in there for an hour trying to rock her back to sleep with no luck. I rocked her and sang a song and put her back down and left then she fell asleep after an hour and a half total awake time. Slept 5/6 hours after that! She’s been up every 2, 3, or 4 hours so it’s time to try something. On night 2, she woke up from 4:30-4:40 am and fussed a little then went back to sleep and I never even heard her! Slept 11 hours!

-Taking 30 minutes to settle for some naps...

-Finally sleeping through the night! If she wakes up, she can put herself back to sleep or a few times I just gave her the binky and she went back to sleep in bed. 12 hours last night! Since night weaning, she has basically been sleeping 11-13 hours every night!!! If she wakes up, she puts herself back to sleep with her binky.

-Super happy, super curious, follows me around if I'm cooking in the kitchen. She's always on the go and exploring the house!
-Experienced her first snow days! She didn't like laying in it while the snow was still falling... and she could barely move from the layers but she didn't cry and just enjoyed watching her family play.
